Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled rental start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations between 72 and 24 hours before the rental start time may be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the rental start or no-shows are subject to a full rental charge.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Modifications:
If you wish to change your rental dates or vehicle, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
