Welcome to Cache Luxe. By renting with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all parties.
Eligibility:
Renters must be at least 25 years old with a valid, government-issued driver’s license. Additional age or experience requirements may apply for certain vehicles.
Reservation and Payment:
A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Full payment or a deposit may be required upfront. Prices and availability are subject to change until confirmed.
Rental Period:
The rental period starts at the agreed pickup time and ends when the vehicle is returned. Late returns may incur additional fees.
Vehicle Use:
Vehicles must be operated in accordance with all traffic laws and may not be used for illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving. Smoking and pets are prohibited unless otherwise agreed.
Insurance and Liability:
Renters must provide proof of insurance or purchase coverage through Cache Luxe. Renters are responsible for any damages, fines, or violations incurred during the rental.
Maintenance and Returns:
Vehicles will be provided in excellent condition. Renters must return vehicles in the same condition, clean and with a full tank of fuel.
